Team Hammerheads

I acknowledge that triathlons/duathlons have certain inherent physical risks. I agree to participate at my own risk in triathlons/duathlons and any related training events at my own risk. I realize that South Florida Triathletes a/k/a Team Hammerheads is a volunteer organization formed to advance the sport of triathlon/duathlon, the efforts of which would directly affect and benefit me.

In consideration, of my membership in this organization, I release and forever discharge South Florida Triathletes, its officers, members and sponsors from all liability, claims, losses, costs or expenses, and I waive any such claims against such persons or organization arising directly or indirectly from, or attribute in any legal way to any negligent action or failure to act by any such person or organization in connection with sponsorship, organization or participation in any triathlon/duathlon competition or any training event related to triathlon/duathlon, including travel to and from such competition or event.

By signing below I hearby authorize South Florida Triathletes to include my name and photographs of myself in the newsletter, website and any promotional materials.
